Why TaleoCert

TaleoCert is a marketplace and operating system for corporate training. It connects verified trainers with the companies, colleges and individuals who book them, then carries the whole engagement on one record: the request, the scope call, the signed agreement, payment, the attendee roster, delivery, certificates and reviews.

Without it, the same job is spread across email threads, spreadsheets, PDFs sent for signature, bank transfers and certificates made in a design tool. TaleoCert replaces that with one shared workflow that both sides can see.

The homepage asks who you are and sends you to the right portal: Trainers or Corporates. Colleges are set up by the TaleoCert team.

For trainers

• Get found. A verified public profile with your expertise, programmes, materials, videos, reviews and availability, searchable by every company on the platform.
• Win work without chasing it. Booking requests arrive in your portal with dates, headcount, budget and the topics the client wants.
• Scope before you commit. Book a scope call with the client before the training to agree their needs and the topics to cover.
• Contracts and payment handled. Accepting a request generates the training agreement. Both sides e-sign it, the client pays through Razorpay, and every payment is tracked to the booking.
• Run delivery in one place. Calendar, batches, attendee rosters, briefings, certificates for the whole cohort in one click, and a full audit trail.
• Grow the business. Clients, alumni, broadcasts to your contacts, materials you can sell, and reports on earnings and outcomes.

For companies (L&D and HR teams)

• Only vetted trainers. Every trainer is identity- and credential-checked before they can be booked.
• Filtered to your need. Search by category, sub-category, skill, seniority, language, location and availability.
• Paperwork done for you. MSA and NDA at registration, a generated agreement per booking with GST, and e-signatures from both sides.
