Admin panel: overview

For TaleoCert teamRunning the platform: the dashboard, platform health and where everything lives.

The admin panel at taleocert.com/admin is for the TaleoCert team only (super admins). It sees every user, booking, payment and certificate across all portals.

Platform overview: users, trainers, corporates, colleges, bookings and certificates, revenue, recent users and platform health.

Recent usersThe newest sign-ups with role and status. Click View to open one.

Platform healthPending verifications, open support tickets, pending bookings and payments captured. These are the things waiting on you.

Users by roleHow the user base splits across roles.

Export report downloads the overview; Invite user sends someone an invitation to set their password.
