Why we exist
L&D teams are asked to upskill people on technologies that change every quarter, using a supplier market that is mostly word of mouth. The result is familiar: a great trainer on one engagement, an unprepared one on the next, and no way to tell them apart in advance.
TaleoCert exists to remove that coin flip. Trainers are verified on identity and credentials before they appear. Their expertise is tagged against a real taxonomy, not free-text keywords. Engagements run on a standard agreement with the money held until delivery is confirmed.
